In keeping with the current season, MARDI GRAS, the inspiration for this second Inspiration Challenge is an art image titled "New Orleans Mardi Gras Man" that I found while surfing through Fotosearch.com. Use the art image as inspiration, select your own elements, some pictures and create an inspired layout.
